The Compliance Officer ensures full compliance with mandatory regulatory requirements, international anti-corruption standards, and internal ethics rules. The role focuses on minimizing compliance risks, strengthening the company’s ethical culture, and providing guidance to management and employees.   Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks related to anti-corruption laws, Badrakh Energy’s and Orano’s ethics standards Develop, implement, and improve compliance procedures, policies, and standards Promote a risk-based compliance culture throughout company Implement disciplinary measures for violations of the Code of Ethics Enforce internal and external accounting controls to prevent corruption and trading in influence Provide recommendations to minimize compliance risks and monitor implementation Identify, assess, and help resolve conflicts of interest within the Company and its counterparties Participate in defining and protecting trade secrets and confidential information Conduct compliance due diligence on counterparties Deliver compliance training to employees and contractors Conduct compliance investigations as per internal regulations Participate in drafting and reviewing internal regulatory documents related to compliance Provide the Executive Director with regular reports on compliance risk management and the anti-corruption program Advise management on compliance requirements and legislative updates Liaise with compliance departments of Badrakh Energy stakeholders and share required reports and information Conduct internal controls to ensure compliance with Mongolian laws, including developing a legal register and performing annual or quarterly compliance checks on selected legal requirements

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical coordination, design supervision, and engineering support of building service systems and utility infrastructure. This includes HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), water supply and sewage (internal and external), firefighting systems, thermal networks, boiler rooms, and heat/cold supply systems, including heat pumps. Your primary focus will be project engineering and design compliance. Support to construction and commissioning teams will be provided as needed.   Review and approve design documentation for HVAC, water supply, sewage, and thermal systems in accordance with Mongolian and international standards Prepare and validate Terms of Reference (ToR), Scope of Work (SoW), Standards, Procedures, Manuals, Technical Specifications and design commentaries and for mechanical and utility systems Perform hydraulic and thermal calculations for internal and external utility networks, including firefighting systems and process-related pipelines Develop layouts, diagrams, and schematics for HVAC, boiler systems, heat exchangers, heat pumps, and other thermal installations Coordinate design interfaces with other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, automation) to ensure system compatibility and completeness Resolve design inconsistencies and optimize solutions during the detailed design stage for cost-effectiveness and constructability Participate in the preparation and evaluation of technical sections in tender documents Collaborate with design companies, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of engineering deliverables Provide engineering support during construction and commissioning phases including issue resolution and field design modifications Participate in FAT/SAT for key electrical equipment and support commissioning activities Participate in acceptance testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities for mechanical systems including documents preparation Contribute to the preparation of technical justifications and support documentation for expert reviews or regulatory approval Mentor junior mechanical engineers and support team knowledge development (if applicable)

As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in the development, coordination of infrastructure facility design and industrial facility design and support for construction phase. You will be responsible for ensuring all civil and structural engineering tasks are executed in line with international and Mongolian standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.   Review and develop design documentation, technical calculations, and drawings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and project requirements. Prepare and validate Terms of Reference (ToR), Scope of Work (SoW), Standards and design commentaries for civil/structural disciplines (including foundations, steel structures, and architectural elements). Participate in tender preparation and technical evaluation of proposals. Coordinate and resolve interfaces between civil works and other engineering equipment and systems (e.g., cables piping, trenches, penetrations) in collaboration with other disciplines. Optimize technical solutions at the detailed design stage to improve constructability, cost-efficiency, and maintainability. Identify and resolve design inconsistencies, technical clashes, and documentation gaps. Coordinate with design companies, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Support the construction team by providing on-site engineering supervision, resolving technical issues in real time. Ensure strict adherence to construction safety protocols and quality assurance/control procedures. Participate in technical reviews, audits, and acceptance of civil-related works. Support regulatory review processes and documentation submission for expert approvals (if required). Monitor construction progress and contribute to successful project execution in coordination with internal and external teams. Maintain up-to-date records and as-built documentation in coordination with project teams. Provide mentorship or oversight to junior engineering staff (if applicable)

The Tax Accountant is responsible for computation, preparation and submission of all tax returns in full compliance with laws and regulations.   Prepare and file all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.) in full compliance with local laws and regulations Prepare transfer pricing documentation on annual basis, submit the reports Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business Perform accurate booking and reconciliation of all tax-related entries in the accounting systems Ensure accurate tax balances are reflected in the financial statements. Act as the main point of contact for tax auditors and external tax consultants Prepare documentation and respond to inquiries during internal and external audits, including tax inspections Maintain professional, ethical relationships with tax authorities, ensuring clear and effective communication Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure tax compliance aligns with financial reporting objectives Contribute to additional finance and accounting activities, such as fixed asset inventories and reporting Participate in improving internal processes and tax-related controls within the accounting department Perform other relevant duties as and when requested
