We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Bellman to join our team. Our guests’ memorable experiences must start somewhere. So why not with you? We’re looking for a new Bellman to take ownership of delivering exceptional first impressions – managing everything from registration and reservations to porter and concierge services. Escorts incoming hotel guests to rooms and assists guests with luggage. Inspects guest's room to ensure that it is in order and that supplies are adequate. Explains features of room such as operation of television, telephone, in-room A/C system, etc. Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions. Delivering guest mail/messages, or sundry items to guest rooms, and responding to other special requests. Maintains the front entrance way by picking up trash Other duties as assigned. Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances, or dissatisfied guests.  Promptly and safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms. May secure, tag and store luggage at guest’s request. Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
