Primary contact at site responsible for procurement of tools, equipment, consumables, and internal operational support services. Ensure procurement needs at site are received, processed, and completed on schedule, meeting quality standards, reasonable costs, and Company compliance. Control site procurement processes to be transparent, cost-effective, optimized, and proactive to support smooth operational activities.
Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities coordination. Provide administrative support to various departments (HR, Finance, Projects, etc.). Organize and maintain company records, documents, and filing systems (physical and digital). Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; greet visitors and coordinate meetings. Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics. Coordinate vendor relationships and office service providers. Support onboarding of new staff and manage administrative onboarding documents. Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed. Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and aligned with company policies.
