Жэрэс Франц улсад төвтэй Жэрэс олон улсын ТББ нь 2010 оноос Монгол улсад үйл ажиллагаа явуулж эхэлсэн. Манай байгууллага Европ, Ази, Африк тивийн 13 оронд байгаль орчинд хортой уламжлалт тогтолцоог халж эдийн засаг, нийгмийн хөгжилд чиглэсэн эрчим хүчний шийдлүүдийг санал болгож ажилласаар 40 гаруй жил болжээ. ЖЭРЭС ТББ-ын “Дулаан Шийдэл” төслийг 2018 онд хэрэгжүүлж эхэлсэн бөгөөд Улаанбаатар хотын гэр хорооллын иргэдэд эрчим хүчний хэмнэлтийн талаар зөвлөгөө өгөх, үүнийг хэрэгжүүлэхэд шаардагдах эх үүсвэрийн шийдэх хөнгөлөлттэй зээлд хамруулах нөгөө талаас барилгачид, болон барилгын материал үйлдвэрлэгчдийг гэр хорооллын байшингийн дулаалгын чиглэлээр ажиллах сонирхлыг бий болгох ур чадварыг бэхжүүлэх ажлуудыг  хэрэгжүүлж эхлээд байна. Эдгээр ажлуудыг хэрэгжүүлснээр, өрхүүдэд эдийн засгийн хэмнэлт бий болгохоос гадна Улаанбаатар хотын гэр хорооллоос гарч байгаа утааг багасгах юм.   Гүйцэтгэх ажил “Дулаан шийдэл төслийн” талаар иргэдэд цахим сувгаар мэдээлэл түгээх, асуултанд хариулах Төслийн утсанд ирэх дуудлагад хариулж, төслийн болон дулаалгын талаар иргэдэд мэдээлэл өгөх Төслийн дулаалгын ажилд оролцож байгаа оролцогчдыг холбож өгөх. 1.To examine whether the insulation loan products and services of non-bank financial institutions meet the needs of the project's target consumers and explore solutions to address the problems and difficulties they face. It includes:1.1 Determining the research methodology and planning research1.1.1 Primary data research:- Qualitative interviews (100 households in ger areas)-Focus group discussions-Conduct separate interviews with a total of 6 NBFIs, including 3 currently cooperating NBFIs and 3 other NBFIs: To study the operational, financial, and other challenges faced by non-banking financial institutions in providing insulation products and services, coordinating supply and demand, and developing 2. To determine the current situation of NBFIs’ energy-efficient insulation loans and study the relevant regulations2.1.1 Secondary data research-NBFIs’ product development policies and regulations-Evaluate quantitative data of NBFIs' energy-efficient insulation loans /loan issuance, loan quality, loan amount, etc./3. Study international and Mongolian experiences 3.1.1 Identify 5 experiences each of the international and Mongolian related to NBFI energy efficient insulation loan products and services 3.1.2 Based on the above experiences, identify the 3 most important successes and failures 4. To study the policies, regulations, and plans of the new Mongolian newly formed government related to the NBFI energy efficient insulation loan and determine how they can be aligned 5. Based on the research results, develop a proposal for NBFI product development that can be implemented within the project. 6. Present the research results and developed proposals to the project implementing partners and representatives of NBFIs /2 times presentations/
