Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement a robust workforce strategy aligned with the dynamic needs of air catering services, ensuring the right talent is available at the right time across operations.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent, particularly in culinary, logistics, and quality control roles, ensuring diversity and inclusion in hiring processes. Build talent pipelines to meet seasonal and operational demands.
• Training & Development: Oversee comprehensive employee training programs, including culinary development, food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO 22000), and leadership training, to ensure skill enhancement and compliance with global standards.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and well-being support, focusing on employee satisfaction and retention.
• Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems to promote continuous improvement, recognize high-performing employees, and provide opportunities for career progression within the company.
• Compensation & Benefits: Design and maintain competitive compensation structures, including salary, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits that attract and retain talent in key roles.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that HR policies comply with local labor laws and international aviation standards, particularly concerning safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations.
• Leadership & Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees through mentoring and training programs, ensuring a robust pipeline for future leadership roles.

Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity across the workforce by integrating inclusive practices in recruitment, training, and development programs to reflect the global nature of our clientele and workforce.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in workforce planning, recruitment, and employee engagement in a multi-national or high-volume industry (airline catering, logistics, or food services preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and global compliance standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a culturally diverse environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance business objectives with people-centered initiatives.

Salary and Remuneration

• Salary: Competitive salary (3-5 million MNT) based on experience, qualifications, and industry standards. Specific salary details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and incentives linked to individual and company performance.
