Under the direction of the Security Manager, report the progress of work to the Operations Director and General Manager.the Assistant Security Manager is responsible for the coordination, planning, organization, maintenance and supervision of all aspects of operations in the Security Department for the security and safety of its property, guests, and tenants

Key Responsibilities:
Initiates, directs and controls the activities of all security personnel to ensure efficient discharge of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with authorized policies and procedures.
Ensure that the Security Team on duty is handling matters related to the safety and security of the property.
Supervises and coordinates all activities of security personnel assigned in the different areas of responsibility inside and/or outside the Office, Mall and Residences.
Complete the monthly Security Audit required by the Shangri-La Group, send the security audit report and report to the related department managers about the actions that need to be taken urgently for necessary safety and security arrangements.
Organize Loss Control Committee preventive measures to avoid recurring damage to our property and assets.
Coordinates with the appropriate government agencies (police) in resolving loss and theft cases which occur in the Property.
Experiences and skills required:
Excellent knowledge of English language is an advantage (oral and written)
