The HR Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including job vacancy postings, CV tracking, organizing interviews, preparing job offers, filing employee documents, assigning medical check-ups, and tracking onboarding checklists. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while ensuring compliance with all internal policies and legal requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Collect, organize, and maintain all necessary documents for new hires
Schedule pre-employment medical check-ups with service providers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities for management review
Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar HR role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
