Office Admin based in Ulaanbaatar

Orica Mongolia LLC is subsidiary of global explosives leader Orica group. Orica Mongolia LLC is seeking motivated and energetic specialist in head office – Ulaanbaatar for receptionist/admin officer.
The Main duties:
- Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients and suppliers, and to provide information.
- Receive walk-in customers and guests and make them comfortable.
- Direct or escort guests or visitors to specific areas or correct offices.
- Create, adjust, or cancel appointments for management when necessary.
- Coordinating arrival/departures of Expatriate personnel
- Arranging visa and work permit related documents for expats and other staff if needed
- Coordinate with administrators’ team in Oyu Tolgoi
- Scanning, printing, mailing, and filing/archiving documents for management and office team.
- Inform about other members of staff about visitors or cancellations.
- Copy, file and maintain digital or paper records.
- Maintaining the office space and re-stocking office supplies.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes or notes for management.
- Perform other administrative work like typing, proofreading, translation and transcription.
- Handling any bookings such as hotel, restaurants, International flights, transportation servic etc
Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага
- Advanced English language abilities.
- More than 3 years work experience in similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer Service attitude.
