Under the guidance and supervision of the General Manager and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, he/ she provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Rooms Division in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Housekeeping and Laundry Department of the Hotel.

EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Executive Housekeeper in the international hotel
- Background of working in Housekeeping departments
- A strong leader with experience in managing a team of managers and department heads
- Interacts and communicates well with people. Good team player.
- Confidence and aggressive in driving sales & results
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Proficiency in Computer
- Positive role model
- Adapt well to change of environment
