To maintain and grow the company’s customer base, product sales, and profitability through the sale of OEM and after-market products and support services in sales territory as assigned by the company. The product offering includes original equipment parts and components, after-market products, service labor, service contracts, and other products and services the company promotes.

Establishes and maintains strong, professional relationships with customers and manufacturers, solving technical problems and generating customer solutions as a value-added supplier. Reporting to the Head of Parts Department, this position supports sales activities through specialized technical and/or scientific knowledge and product applications.

• Follows the Company sales process. (IMPACT Sales) with a strong focus on attaining desired targets
• Establishes and maintains long-term professional relationships with all contacts including customers, suppliers, and branch personnel.
• Documentation and Record Keeping
• Establishes and maintains strong, professional relationships with customers and manufacturers
• Assist management with on-site inventory

• The position is a 5-day/week with customer interaction at all possible hours

• The ability to operate in a diverse environment with a significant focus on client and customer relations is essential to success in this role.
• A strong sales/service/engineering orientation is required with preference given to 3-5 years of technical sales experience, eXtend and other accounting software skills would be an advantage
• Experience within the construction/mining/industrial industry. The position requires experience in the heavy equipment business and being familiar with large equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Mongolian and English
• Must be ambitious and willing to proactively acquire new technology/knowledge and “best practices” about the Company’s products, services, and processes to enhance expertise, performance, and bottom-line productivity.
• Must be computer literate and able to demonstrate proficiency in software application as required in the performance of job responsibilities.

• Must possess excellent abilities; be able to consistently make intelligent decisions under pressure; possess good judgment, initiative, and good attitude and be dependable, innovative, and creative.

• Proficient communication skills in dealing with customers and manufacturers is a must.
