Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze demand forecasts, historical data, and market trends to drive market share.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies across all market segments and distribution channels.
• Manage transient, group, and wholesale allotments, ensuring optimal occupancy levels.
• Ensure compliance with Best Rate Guarantee policies and optimize online distribution.
• Maintain and update rates in reservation systems and the hotel website.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine revenue strategies.
• Generate and analyze reports on occupancy, sales performance, and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in hotel reservations or revenue management.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS.
• Advanced Microsoft office program skills. Especially, Excel for data analysis and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
