SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales plan that drives revenue growth and exceeds targets
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts and group bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Attend industry events and tradeshows to promote the hotel and build brand awareness
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in hospitality management, marketing or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a Sales Manager role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
