• Conduct field monitoring visits and provide consultations and coaching to target beneficiaries on organic gardening technologies, practices, methods to increase crop yield, and techniques to improve soil quality
• Network with local government agencies, IPAS, NGOs, and agriculture consultants
• Conduct, coordinate, and organize workshops, meetings, and training sessions on organic agriculture and PGS
• Organize and coordinate peer review for PGS
• Start organic garden at schools/kindergartens
• Assist and work with multi-actor platform for sustainable agriculture and its core groups

• Provide support to farmers and cooperatives in developing and implementing effective planting plans and procedures
• Assist in developing organic agriculture value-added products and their marketing
• Do/assist in PGS registration, documentation, coaching of organic farmers in organic certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
• Proven experience in working with primary and secondary cooperatives
• Proven experience in building organic farming capacity of beneficiaries
• Experience in cooperative product development, increasing market channels
• Excellent community mobilization skills
• Skills of conducting and coordinating agriculture and farmers field school trainings
• Effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office software and other required programs
• Able to travel in the field frequently
• Previous working experience for international development organizations is an asset
