Communications coordinator

The Communications Coordinator is a third-level managerial role within the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (CNCF), responsible for overseeing all communications and fostering partnerships both locally and internationally. The role supports the effective operation of new and existing programmes, strengthens relationships with external partners, and ensures that CNCF's communication strategies align with the organisation’s mission.
External:
- Develop partnership and communications plan and strategy
- Create content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted and impactful message
- Identify and engage with potential partners in Mongolia and abroad, organise a meeting with the potential partners
- Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters for Mongolian staff members, English-speaking stakeholders, and Mongolianspeaking stakeholders
- Manage Mailchimp lists and create systems to keep the information updated
- Attend networking events and do follow up meetings and emails proactively
- Communication with hub offices and international marketing and communications team
- Prepare press releases as needed and manage media outreach
- Oversee the operations of the CNCF podcast and other blog posts
- Social media management: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn and prepare detailed media activity reports
- Work with all programmes to ensure all communication is in a good flow
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
- Take photos and videos of all programmes in alignment with the organisation’s branding guidelines
- Engage influencers and media outlets to raise awareness of CNCF in the community
- Identify most needed brochures, leaflets, and other printed documents for branding purposes
- Identify potential grant opportunities and apply both domestically and internationally
- Internal:

Ensure and help employees across the organisation stay up to date about the CNCF’s vision, goals, projects, and executive updates by leading strategic internal and executive communications programmes

Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employeemorale and ethics

Study and assess the current internal communications channel and work on the development plan based on the study report

Determine smooth communications throughout the organisation i.e. phone, email, chat, and other tools

Train employees on the communications procedures and policies

Identify and create the policies and procedures, ensure all of them are being followed and processes are working effectively

Create and maintain a system for photo and data archive

Manage all beneficiary numbers yearly

Ensure all employees are informed and motivated

- Proven experience in communications and leadership roles
- Excellent command of both English and Mongolian
- Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in writing press releases, op-ed articles, and storytelling
- Experience in photography and videography
- Experience in managing a team or project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with strategic thinking skills
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
- Understanding of charity, fundraising, and charity marketing
- Previous experience in proposal writing is a plus
