AFTERMARKET SALES SUPPORT SUPERVISOR
To support Aftermarket sales processes by leading and managing the Aftermarket Sales Support Team to strengthen PSSRs’ sales efficiency, enhance customer experience, optimize sales processes, and implement Services Growth initiatives to grow profitable sales of aftermarket functions.
EDUCATION: Bachelor and higher degree on Business Administration, Financing, Foreign Relationship Sector
QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE:
• Must be accustomed to accuracy and details and listen and follow instructions.
• Marketing and Technical expertise would be advantage
• Worked in Mining and Heavy Equipment sector for 2 and more as an advantage
• Advanced Communication skills in written and spoken English and Mongolian required
• Ability to multitask.
• Leadership and team management.
• Strong analytical skill set.
• Ability to implement the job individually and with the team.
• Ability to learn, good organizational and communication skills.
• Problem solving, organizing skill to work at location specified by the employer.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be honest and trustworthy.
• Must be eager to learn.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information
