Log technical issues and track resolution progress through our ticketing system.
Participate in product training sessions for clients and internal teams.

1-2 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
