• Responsible for managing front-desk operations of the shift to ensure guest satisfaction in the hotel.
• Supervises front-desk operations through allocating tasks to front-desk staff and ensuring high efficiency of service.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in hospitality management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Duty Manager role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
