FRONT-OFFICE DUTY MANAGER
Job description
- Responsible for managing front-desk operations of the shift to ensure guest satisfaction in the hotel.
- Supervises front-desk operations through allocating tasks to front-desk staff and ensuring high efficiency of service.
- Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in hospitality management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Duty Manager role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
