SENIOR MANAGER-TRUCK AFTERSALES
Job description
- Deliver the best customer experience to all internal and external customers by leading and managing Truck Aftersales team.
- Acting Key Account Manager for the Key Fleet customers such as OyuTolgoi, Thiess LLC, Major Drilling, Coca Cola etc.
- Make sure sales and profit targets meet or exceed the budget approved by management by closely managing the current performance, taking actions to keep up with the future trends in the industry.
- Lead and commit into continues improvement in operation by meeting KPI targets set by OEMs, developing and encouraging the Operational Process, policies within the Truck Aftersales team.
- Building and leading high performing team through managing key talent, retention and dealership KPIs.
