RightFit is an award-winning, innovative health-tech startup working at the intersection of healthcare and technology. We’re building a platform that makes rehabilitation and assistive care more accessible, affordable, and effectivethrough 3D printing and AI-driven design tools.
We are looking for a CTO / Senior Software Engineer to lead our platform development, set the technical vision, and scale our impact across hospitals and rehabilitation centers. You will have the opportunity to build and lead your own engineering team, including hiring junior developers.

What you will do:
- Lead the architecture and development of RightFit’s web platform built with Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Manage and mentor the software team, ensuring high standards in coding, testing, and deployment
- Drive technical strategy, scalability, and system optimization as we expand to new markets
- Oversee 3D model data visualization and processing (Three.js integration)
- Design secure, compliant infrastructure for medical data (HIPAA/GDPR-ready)
- Collaborate with founders, clinicians, and engineers to align product roadmap with user needs
- Integrate AI, automation, and cloud systems (AWS/GCP/Azure) to enhance performance
- Contribute to technical documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience (Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web frameworks
- Proven experience in leading teams or projects end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Passion for healthcare innovation and creating technology with social impact
