Front Office manager
Job description
- Supervise Front Desk Operations; Oversee daily operations of the Front office, including chek in/check-out, reservations, and guest services
- Staff Management; Recruit, train, schedule and manage front desk staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Guest Relations; Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints and spetial requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage budgets, billing and financial transactions related to front desk operations
- Ensure front desk operations comply with company policies, standards, and safety protocols.
- Operate with Horeca soft system.
Job requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ablities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management softwere and basic finantial management.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
