1. Be responsible for project civil work relevant works progress and quality control, inclusive on site construction quality control, and civil work design and bill of quantity relevant quality control
2. Be responsible for communicating with construction team and designer for on site construction issue reason and resolution proposal
3. Be responsible for summarizing and reporting civil work progress and quality relevant issue to project management, and propose resolution for decision then follow up till issue closed

1. Proficient in Mongolian and English
2. Civil work relevant specialty, 3+ years civil work relevant design and on site quality control experience
3. Familiar with word & excel
