We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Logistics Officer in the Parts Department, who will work closely with teams and departments to support Company logistics activities. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.

• Follow Company Safety Policy and Protocol
• Ensure compliance with TM policies and regulatory requirements
• Compliance with reporting and documentation standards
• Receive directions from Logistics Supervisor
• Maintain accurate records on various reports
• Support the overall logistics operations, activities
• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with freight forwarders for accurate tracking details
• Prepare and process shipping documents
• Assist in planning and optimizing transportation routes
• Receive and handover parcels to warehouse team
• Other supports to the logistics team in daily operations

• Proven experience in administration, logistics, warehousing, or a related field
• English communication skill (verbal and written)
• Data analysis techniques
• Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft office suite applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures is an advantage
