Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Business planning and Analytics:
- Benchmarking –internal comparison, market benchmark, against historical performance
- Top Down Market research
- Identify opportunities and challenges/issues through data analytics, both for existing assets as well as new projects
- Provide analytics support to Senior Management
Investment management:
- Managing the investment and development process (design, ops, legal, finance etc.) of on-going projects
- Identify, review and resolve any major issues
- Ensure that our projects are delivered on time and executed at the expected standard of quality
Asset management:
- Business owner of real estate value creation (capital value, P/L, cash flow)
- Implement operational and real estate initiatives
- Extract Synergies Across Assets in similar cluster or across clusters (joint marketing, cross selling of products)
- Responsible for modifications to existing management contracts to enable value enhancements projects
- Two-way communication with property managers (Hotels and Investment Properties)
- Bottom-up market research (i.e. feet on the ground); identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to Properties

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration;
- Accounting and Financial background;
- Excellent communication and accounting skills;
- Ability to process/analyze data and documents;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Computer skills;
- Verbal, math and reasoning skills;
- English and/or Chinese: Professional;
- Professionalism and punctuality;
- Attention to detail;
- Self-motivated;
