Review and assess the legal risks in contracts to ensure whether it is in compliance with law, regulation and company internal policies;
Establish and implement countermeasures to mitigate the risk of compliance incidents occurring;
Provide support to the Compliance management implementation team, and assist the Compliance
Officer/CEO in further reporting and information gathering;
Conduct research on relevant laws, industry standards;d Co
Prepare and provide necessary documentation with legal matters and related contracts,
coordinate the all internal meeting for the department;
Establish and implement risk mitigation measures and controls;
Combine the report/prepare them, and submit within the defined scope and schedule;
Develop, plan, and schedule comprehensive training programs for the team members;
Translate legal and company official documents for informal or internal use, ensuring the
translations retain the original meaning and accuracy of the content;
Support Manager and the team.
Bachelor’s degree in a Law, Legal Studies or Business Administration;
Minimum 3-4 years of prior work experience within the company, with a focus on legal, risk
management, or compliance functions;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Mongolian and English languages;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
